Good Morning Ben! Thanks for inviting me. I would like to help you get more referrals for your business just by sending a greeting card when an occasion arises. People love cards, people keep cards on their desks. Wouldn't you want to keep your name in front of people in the form of a well intentioned message that lets them know they are appreciated? Take two minutes of your time and let me give you a gift of 2 cards to send at no cost to you. I'll even throw in the postage. I am available to answer questions at anytime. Go to http://ILoveMyCards.com, click on the banner, or enter the username and password that is displayed on the website, enter your return address, and create your account. I look forward to speaking with you soon.

Good Morning Ben! To maximize the efficiency of your air conditioner servicing it every year is crucial. The ductwork in your home is the #1 cause of energy loss in US. The minimum leakage allowed per PG&E is 15%. So it is important to get it tested. We offer Free Duct Test. If you are interested we can schedule an appointment.

Ben, there is a Duct Seal rebate available right now through PG&E of $200-$400. As far as I know, not from the goverment. I can find out, where did you hear this? There was a TAX Credit available last year of $300-$500 for system replacement that a lot of homeowners took advantage of. Hope this answers your question.

Hi Benjamin -
Absolutely we do. You may already know Brenda Hamilton? Brenda heads up our broker development program. We have done business with C&B. Maybe at the next event or over coffee we can exchange business cards and get to know one another. I enjoy adding to my own network of professional referrals that I can in turn share with others!

Hi Benjamin, thanks so much for befriending me! Just so happens, I worked for State Farm for 22 years before starting my new career here in advertising, the first 18 years in Life Underwriting, and the last 4 as a Workers' Comp rep! Quite a complicated business here in CA. . .seems like we received legislative changes weekly!
I look forward to meeting you, and if you ever want to look into the affordability of T.V. advertising, let me know and I can puit something together for you . . .have a great day! Tracey
