- My ideal day is doing yoga, teaching yoga and living mindfully -- I am running a business and household also.

- I have three children and in my free time I am playing with them traveling and experiencing the outdoors.
- What would you do if you won the lottery?
- If a lot of money dropped into my lap I would not change many aspects of my life. I love what I do! I would buy my husband a plane and take longer and more frequent vacations. I would also donate more to charity.
